Fred Luskin, developed a research project that was designed to see if certain methods can be effective in helping people to forgive so that they could move on to live healthier, fuller lives. I don’t claim flr alot, but the lightbulb went off as I began to read this book, and I felt lighter and more calm as I continued.
It takes away luskkin feeling of helplessness when I am hurt and unheard. I liked the fact that he revisits the basic ideas introduced at the beginning, because then the reader sees how his whole process hangs together.
