I loved how different he was with Haven, so sweet, patient and lustful ;-D I loved how hard he pursued her, and how he had never felt about any woman the way he felt about Haven. At the sight of Hardy Cates, her world seems to come to a standstill, her pulse begins to hammer too hard, and all she understands is that she must get away from him.

It wasn’t an easy relationship because Haven makes a mistake by marrying Nick. She was a wonderful heroine. He came with a lot of baggage and pride, growing up in a poor family and working hard to become what he is now. But Blue-Eyed Devil book 2 is brilliant. I’d already lost my heart to him in the first book and was disappointed when he blew it with Liberty.
As someone who has been through similar experiences, I loved this book. Since this novel discusses about domestic abuse and gives vivid detail about the abuse that Haven has suffered at the hands of her former husband, some readers who do not like reading about such subject matter might feel a bit uncomfortable reading this novel and they might want to see if they can handle such subject matter before reading this book.

The story is so good, I flew through the pages! Not by his smell, the way he kisses, the size of certain things?
We read a lot about how amazing Hardy and Haven are together, but we don’t get to actually see it. As Rhys’s enemies conspire against them, Helen must trust him with her darkest secret. She is definitely the queen of evoking emotions. This was something that she worked hard at keeping in check. I think this story should have been called – Blue-Eyed I absolutely loved Hardy and Haven together.
Less is a novel about mishaps, misunderstandings and the depths of the human heart. I cannot get over how traumatic it was to read about the abuse that she suffered at the hands of her husband.

Tempt Me at Twilight. The first part of this book drove me mad – sick, even. Although I love her historicals, I do feel that she has convinced me of her skill as a contemporary writer. And don’t get me started on the healing sex!

Fortunately I have never experienced such awful relationship myself, but someone I care about had, and let me tell you, all starts with nothing. Naturally, I was exceedingly thrilled to see Hardy get his day in the sun in this book. Where were the boys like Hardy back when I actually was a teenager? Even the good ‘ol Churchill was a total jackass.
And such is the strength of Ruth Lksa Jhabvala’s humorous and perceptive pen that this appealing tale of a young man trying to come to terms with marriage and maturity becomes more than a highly comic vignette of a particular society – it is also a reflection of a universal experience. Lisa Kleypas is a bit of a legend.
As Gina learns, Frances’ party is the highlight of the expatriate calendar. It’s leaking out of his pores.
